We want you to be completely satisfied with your Wampat purchase, we also provide you with a professional buyer guide and other considerate service. We also understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t quite fit. That is why we have this return & refund process and hope it can make your return & refund easy.

30-Day Risk Free Return Policy

  • We want every item to be a perfect compliment for your home. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery if you feel the item doesn't satisfy your home decor.

  • 30-day returns must with the original contents attached and with the original packaging (incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted); returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Special Priced Items

  • Bundle discounts (unless the entire bundle is returned)

  • Any item after 30 days from the delivery day

However, if your product is damaged or defective when you received the package, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please email us with your order number, contact information, returning reason and photos concerning the damages or flaws(if applicable). Please keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Please note: This after-sales service will not cover those orders with an actual payment of 0$.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

  • Returns with product quality problems:We offer free shipping in this case. We will prepare you a return label and please return your order to the sender address.
  • Returns with non-quality problems:Please contact us if you decide to return the item, we will provide a shipping address for return. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Hassle-Free Exchange

You can exchange your item(s) within 24 hours you placed the order and before your package was shipped out. If your package has been shipped out, we will not accept your replacement request.

Order Cancellation

For canceling an order which has not been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. You can cancel your item(s) within 24 hours you placed the order and before your package was shipped out. Orders whose parcels have already been processed can not be canceled.

Receive Damaged or Wrong Item

Upon the receipt of the item, if you find the item is damaged or not the one you ordered, contact us immediately with pictures of the damaged or wrong item, the sku, barcode label and tracking number label on boxes. Once the issue is confirmed, we will either send you a replacement, issue you partial or full refund depending on the status of the item.

Loss Items

  • When the shipping address provided by customers is correct

If you haven't got the item by the expected delivery date on tracking info., please check it with your neighbors and contact the shipping carrier first. After that, if the package still doesn’t show up, please send an email to with your order ID and tracking number, we would file a lost package claim against the shipping carrier to investigate it. The process will take 7 days until the official confirmation from the shipping company can be received. Please wait patiently during that period, we would take a reasonable measure to have it settled.

  • When the shipping address provided by customer is wrong

Wampat won't take responsibility for the lost orders caused by customers who left wrong addresses on their orders. Hope for your understanding!

How to File a Claim?

When you place an online order, we authorize your credit card to make sure sufficient credit is available. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund within 7 days. We can only issue refunds through the original method used to pay for the order. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
