Placing an Order

How do I place an order?

First, click on the product's image or name to view the item details. Choose the correct color or size, then enter the quantity you want to purchase. You can click the “BUY IT NOW” button to proceed to checkout directly, or “ADD TO CART” and pay for the items after you're done browsing.

How do I pay for my purchase?

Powered by Stripe, we accept payments from most of the popular credit/debit card networks, including but not limited to: American Express, Master Card, Visa, JCB, Diners Club, Discover, PayPal, Venmo.

In-stock items normally ship within 1-2 working days after an order has been placed. We accept changes and cancellations on orders that have not yet shipped.

To change or cancel your order, contact our Customer Service via email support@s-wampat.com. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. If your package has been shipped out, we will not accept your replacement request. Click here to access our Refund Policy.

Why is the price for an item different from when I added it to the shopping cart?

Prices are subject to change—including temporary reductions as well as permanent increases. The prices of items in your cart represent the current price for which you will be charged.

Shipping & Delivery

How do you calculate your shipping and handling charges?

We offer free shipping and handling for all products in our store.

What shipping options are available?

Usually, we use Front Door Package Delivery by UPS to your delivery address.

Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?

Free shipping is available in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam. We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.

When will my order be delivered?

Every order is delivered by UPS to the address you have given. Depending on the shipping company's work load, shipping takes 4-6 working days. *Please note that all information regarding the shipping duration is estimated. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on a specific day.In the event of any shipment not being fulfilled or shipped out after label creation, shipments exceeding 15 working days have the option to choose order cancellations or partial refunds.

Can I buy spare parts?

Unfortunately, we don’t sell spare parts for our products.

Where can I find assembly instructions?

A copy of assembly instructions will be included in every product package that requires assembly.

Order Status

How do I track my order?

After placing an order, you will receive email updates about your purchase. The”Order Confirmation” email confirms that we have received your order and includes the order number and product information. The ”Shipment Confirmation” email confirms that your order has shipped and includes the tracking information. The arrival time of your items depends on the designated shipping method and your shipping location.

Returns and Exchanges

How can I return a product?

We offer a 30-Day Risk Free Return. Please note that products must be returned in the original packaging and shipped within 30 days of delivery of purchase. You will only need to pay the return shipping fees. Please send us an email to notify us once you ship back the product. Your order number and reason for the return must be included in the email (attach photos if necessary). A full refund will be applied after the refund/order cancellation request is received via email by Customer Service and the product is returned to us.

What if I received incorrect merchandise?

Contact Us with the pictures of the product, SKU on the box, barcode label & tracking number label on the box. We will offer you 2 options:

  • Choose to keep the wrong item with a discounted price offered by our customer care team. 

  • Send the wrong item back to exchange the correct item or request a full refund. After the item is delivered to UPS, you can contact us after the item is returned to our warehouse.

Your transaction information will be encrypted via an SSL connection. This means that information such as your name, address, and other sensitive information like your credit card details can’t be read by someone else.

This website and, more importantly, all user information is further protected by a multilayer firewall-based security system.
